Coffee Anyone?

 
Traditional brass arabic coffee pots (also called dallahs) play an important role in Emirati culture & hospitality.

I'd better not show this to my mother, she'd go into a cleaning frenzy of her small brass collection of this 'n' that.
I wonder how they shine them without resorting to chemicals. I must find out.
