Welcome inside Capital Gardens! The park is clean and beautifully maintained offering water features, grass lawns and shaded areas as well as spectacular views of the city’s skyline. It also has the Moulin Rouge Café, where you can get a coffee and smoke a shisha pipe with a friend.
Very pretty! Who uses this park, the residents of those buildings? Familes? Just men? I wonder if a soccer (sorry, I know, football!) game ever breaks out in that open area on the other side of the fountain.
The park is mainly used by families on the weekends. Ball games are prohibited, single men discouraged and there’s often a warden around checking on inappropriate behaviour.

Looks like the rock is being held up by the column of water. Very cool. All the pictures are beautiful and interesting. Thanks for sharing.
