On fire

Civil defence and rescue officials rushed to a residential building in the Khalidiya area in Abu Dhabi early on Sunday evening after a fire broke out on the second floor. Fortunately, the fire was put out within minutes and no one was hurt in the incident. Other recent (and more serious) fires in the city have resulted in residents being helicoptered off the roof.

Thank goodness no one was hurt! I bet everybody is talking about it today, though!

Yes, it was quite the topic of conversation. It's back to talking about the weather today!

The angle at which you capture the fire makes it look terrifying. Great photo. Thanks for visiting my blog. It does seem as if the snow will never end but today the temperature has already climbed from 16 degrees F to 29 degrees F in just two hours. This alone gives me reason to hope the back of winter has been broken. Even if it continues to snow for another month or so.
