Miracle Cures

 

Tomatoes are getting widespread media coverage this week with the launch of a new pill to prevent heart disease and stroke. There’s also been previous claims that tomatoes can boost male fertility (didn’t work for me!). In contrast, the poor cucumber has had little to shout about other than in a 60 second Jamie Oliver barbecued salmon with cucumber and dill salad feature. Let’s all help get cucumbers and tomatoes back to their rightful place in society – in the salad bowl!
