Here's a re-post of photo that launched this blog 12 months ago. It's of the old watch tower at Al Hosn Palace in the heart of Abu Dhabi and one of my all-time favourite shots. Hope you like it too.

Incredibly beautiful and an amazing photo!
I like it too, the colour of the sky is so incredibley blue. One's eyes seem to climb the stairs.

Did anyone spot the two kitty cats on the steps (which is why I had taken the photo in the first place)
I have now - on the 7th step. They are so very little.
