Blade Runner

"A helicopter is a collection of rotating parts going round and round and reciprocating parts going up and down - all of them trying to become random in motion. Helicopters can't really fly - they're just so ugly that the earth immediately repels them."
- Unknown

For those interested, this is one of four Eurocopter EC 130 B4 operated by Falcon Aviation Services. It can accommodate 6 passengers plus the pilot and has a cruise speed is 240 km/h and range of 610 km. Cost? A cool US$2.1M

Great quote, they are difficult to learn to fly.
I used to be in the military and have flown in many types and many hours too.

I love the quote and the photo! This helicopter is forever suspended in the air.

A helicopter pilot certification/license is at the top of my "bucket list." There's a small airport just a few miles away that offers lessons. Hmmmmmm ...

I flew in one of these in Hawaii. It was awesome and exciting
to fly over the falls in Molokai, the beaches in Maui and Diamond head in Oahu. I would do it again in a heart beat.
