Apart from the professionals, there were plenty of other fun triathletes in Abu Dhabi like 58 year-old Mark Snider and his wife Corinne, who crossed the finishing line holding hands (so romantic!) after completing the short course (1.5km swim/100km cycle/10km run - hardly short!) in 7 hours 20 mins - Sun visors off to them!
