They do indeed look like they are having fun, and they must be enjoying each other's companionship to make their own fun, as I don't see any toys or games to entertain them.
Do these kids know the symbolism of the peace sign, or is that just a cool thing that kids do these days? American kids are all about the peace sign because Miley Cyrus always flashes it. Do kids there watch the Disney Channel at all?
The peace sign here has quickly become a way to signal to pro-Palestine protestors that you sympathize with residents of Gaza. Pro-Israeli motorists extend a much different hand gesture.
