Luxury RV

Not sure why, but RV's (Recreational Vehicles) are rarely seen in the Emirates. Maybe there's a law that prohibits the purchase like there is with pick-ups. Anyhow, I was impressed with this monster on display at the International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition. What with the shortage (and price) of rental accommodation here, RV’s might be one solution (another are boats). Has anyone out there lived in either? If so, is it fun?

That's count our blessings that we aren't sharing the roads with these, too!

I'm surprised you don't see many of these in the Emirates. That would be one of the few places where one could afford to drive it. I have vacationed in one of these, although much smaller than this one. It is fun for a vacation. Of course, this big monster looks like it would accomodate two people very comfortably.

We have many of these "monsters." But I've never seen this front-end configuration before. Good friends have one, travel all over and love it. Except they hog gas!

Your pictures are really wonderful. What a neat glimpse into a different place and culture.
