Guyana-Gyal, Not sure why they go OTT for water features here. Trying to compete/copy Las Vegas maybe? Sign of wealth? I think most the gulf countries are equally keen on them.

Water features quite a bit in their landscaping, doesn't it? I wonder if other Mid. East countries design with water too.
