The Parking Lot

Scenes like this (taken from my apartment window) are set to disappear from the streets of Abu Dhabi as the Department of Transport introduces dreaded paid parking to the city. The yearly permit (from Mawaqif) costs US $217 for the 1st car and US $326 for the 2nd. Violators pay US $136 for each offence.

I'm a friend of Aaron Sorensen (yabba abu dhabi blog). I'm wondering if you could tell me what software you use to create these illustration effects. Thanks!

It's called Befunky, which is far easier to use than Photoshop.
